Ginsburg Development Corp completed construction in 1973.  The property was converted from rental to cooperative ownership in 1981.

Westchester Property Management Group, Inc. became the Managing Agent in Jan 2011,  replacing Platzner Intl Group Ltd who became Managing Agent May 2007, replacing Hudson North LLC, who became Managing Agent at the co-op conversion in 1981.

Shavelson, Neuman & Company LLP became the annual Auditors in 2008 replacing J.Gittelson, CPA PC who became annual Auditors at the co-op conversion in 1981.
